Operation Sindoor: More Reactive than Proactive

Ever since Indian Army launched Operation Sindoor to avenge the shocking terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir where Hindus were singled out and shot brutally at point-blank, entire nation supported the Indian government headed by PM Modi.

True to their belief, Indian army destroyed the 9 terror camps inside the Pakistan and many celebrated as the nation avenged the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam. The Operation Sindoor code name also connected chords with all. In the midst of all this, Pakistan tried to attack India in multiple locations through various sources, launching drones, terror strikes and activating sleeper cells and target military and civilian and prayer places in India.

From then on India became reactive trying to only negate all the Pakistani attacks. Indian army used to claim that they claimed they are giving befitting reply to Pakistan and reacting as per the situation.

However, many feel, that Indian Government and Army should have been more proactive. They shouldn't have allowed Pakistanis to fire drones at India and instead carried out more preemptive strikes. Even the attacks on Pakistan airbases arecarried out only after Pakistan launched 1000s of drones targeting various Indian cities.

India owing to US and Donald Trump pressure even agreed to the ceasefire unconditionally. Now they had egg on their face as Pakistan started firing thousands of drones.
