KCR on his feet after surgery. A day after undergoing hip replacement surgery, former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao exhibited remarkable progress on Saturday as he began walking with the assistance of a walker under the watchful eyes of medical professionals at Yashoda Hospital Somajiguda.

Visuals captured KCR taking a few steps, showcasing his commitment to the recovery process. Doctors overseeing his treatment reported that KCR is on a swift path to recovery, and there is a possibility of him being discharged within the next 2-3 days. Emphasizing his physical and mental resilience, medical experts anticipate a speedy recovery for the former chief minister.

Revealing that KCR is in a medically stable condition and responding well to treatment, Dr. Praveen Rao noted that normal food intake has commenced, and physiotherapy will be a crucial component of his recovery regimen in the coming days.

Recognizing the post-surgery recovery requirements, doctors recommended a rest period of six to eight weeks for KCR. Meanwhile, AIMIM president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi visited the hospital, extending his well-wishes and expressing relief at KCR's stability and improving health.

Samajwadi Party leader and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav conveyed his best wishes to KCR's son, KTR, over the phone, enquiring about KCR's health and expressing hope for a speedy recovery.

KCR had undergone left total hip replacement surgery on Friday following a slip and fall in his bathroom at home, necessitating immediate medical attention and bringing him to Yashoda Hospital late on Thursday night. The visible progress in his recovery and the outpouring of support from political leaders highlight the significance of his health in the political landscape.
