SUN Pictures: 'Robot' Telugu Rights still unsold

There has been a good suspense going rounds in Film circles about the Telugu distribution rights of ‘Robot’ from Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai. As per the news, it was known to many that Bellamkonda Suresh and Chadalawada Srinivas Rao tried their best out to bag the rights from SUN Pictures with each quoting Rs. 23 and 27 crores respectively.

Sources of SUN Pictures has made a release in Telugu TV channels that ‘Robot’ can’t be sold below Rs. 30 crores and none of the above said two distributors have acquired the rights. With in no time, Chadalawada Srinivas Rao appeared before media and has shown the Memo given by SUN Pictures on their letter head which briefs that Rs.2 crores has been paid in the form of draft as initial payment by Chadalawada Srinivas Rao winning the distribution rights of ‘Robot’ Telugu version.

But, till now there seems to be no response from SUN Pictures and Chadalawada is obviously a worried man.
