Priyanka Chopra on facing obstacles in Hollywood. Priyanka Chopra went on to conquer Hollywood after attaining stardom in Bollywood. She even married American singer Nick Jonas and is living happily in the US.

Speaking to scribes, Priyanka shared the obstacles she faced in Hollywood. She said ever since she starred in Citadel in Hollywood and from then on a lot of changes happened.

She added “I think what really changed is streaming. When streaming came in, the need for globalization became just important. The biggest obstacle that I think I faced as an Indian actor was the limited view of what I was capable of. It has been a massive change and I am very, very proud to have colleagues and peers that have the strength and the bravery to be able to swim through dense water that has kept us out for a very long time, and actually demands a seat at the table,"

She continued "When it comes to the arts, we are always going to push the envelope to make sure more inclusion happens,” She even organized a pre-Oscars party and celebrities like Charan, Jr NTR, Guneet Monga, Mindy Kaling, Nick Jonas, Preity Zinta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Malala Yousafzai attended the event.
