Kantara Day 2 Is More Than Day 1

Latest Kannada sensation, Kantara acted and directed by Rishab Shetty is taking the box office by storm. After Kannada release last month recently, the Telugu, Tamil and Hindi versions of films released and is raking in the moolah. The film grossed over 5 crores on Day 1. The film on its Day 2 which is a Sunday grossed more than the first day collection. The entire collection for the two days is around 11.5 crores.

On Day 1 in Karnataka, Kantara in its native state, the film grossed 1.9 crores. But, the film registers more than 5 crores in Telugu states. This is a wonderful example of how much the Telugu audience loves good cinema. Due to the excellent word of mouth, the film is likely to have a dream run at the box office.

Kantara recently crossed more than Rs 100 crore worldwide including all languages and is still going strong at the box office.  The film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films. Geetha Film Distributors released the Telugu version
