Mega Star Chiranjeevi has immense stardom and popularity across the country. According to the latest, Union Government headed by PM Modi's BJP invited Chiranjeevi for the 75 years celebrations of the Indian Independence. It is known that the Government of India has been conducting various programs and events throughout the year to celebrate the completion of 75 glorious years naming it as Bharat Ka  Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

Now Union Government invited Chiranjeevi as a part of celebrations which include honoring and remembering the freedom fighters across the country. Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Development of the North Eastern Region of India Kishan Reddy sent an official letter inviting Chiranjeevi for the event on July 4th to unveil the statute of freedom fighter Alluri Seetha Rama Raju at Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh. It coincides with Alluri Seetha Rama Raju's 125th birth anniversary.

Earlier as a part of the celebrations, Ram Charan attended and interacted with police officers and army personnel in an event in Hyderabad.
