Roja's husband Selvamani gets court shock

YSRCP MLA Roja's husband Selvamani got a huge shock when Georgetown Court in Chennai issues an arrest warrant against him. Selvamani is the present of South India Film trade Unions. The issue was pertaining to the defamation case filed against him.

Selvamani in 2016 along with the former Congress MLA Arul Anbarasu made insinuating comments against financier Mukund Chand Bodra. Both filed cases against each other in 2017. Though Mukund Bodra passed away, his son Gagan Podra pursued the case and the case today came for hearing today.

But with Selvamani, Arul Anbarasu, and others not responding to the court notices and with their lawyers also showing disrespect to the court, Judge took a serious note of it and issued arrest warrant against Selvamani and others. The court posted the case for the next hearing in April 23, 2022.
