Beauty from God's country

Priyamani Aiyer, born on June 4 in Palakkad (Kerala), is tall and sexy. Her debut Telugu movie was Pellaina Kothalo (2006) with Jagapathi Babu. We know her as a winner of National award for acting in Tamil film Paruthiveran, a commercial hit too in 2007.

There were rumours that she was in love with actor Raja who worked in Telugu movie Toss along with Upendra and Kamna Jethmalani. The two were seen together at  several public places and functions. However, Priya denied having any affair with Raja.

Several Telugu papers said she had developed a deep bond with actor Jagapathi Babu too. The affair seemed to have fallen through. That was her past.

She stars in Yamadonga opposite Jr NTR.Her latest is Ravanan that portrays her as one who has been raped in the police station. (She is comparable to Ravan's sister Surpanaka)! The film is an average grocer. Her Rakta Charitra with Vivek Oberoi and Surya Sivakumar is due for release on August 26.
