Shivaji Raja, Srikanth In 5 Cr Fraud

The recent spat between Telugu MAA (Movie Artist Association) President Shivaji Raja and General Secretary Naresh over the alleged fraud of funds collected during a USA trip created huge rift within the organization.

Naresh in yesterday press meet exposed the call list and call history of Sivaji Raja which clarified that Sivaji Raja was avoiding him for many months since 2017. 

Naresh demanded to setup a fact finding committee and probe the alleged misappropriation of funds. However, the team that is supporting Shivaji Raja opposed the proposal.

As per reports, while most members of MAA backed Shivaji, around 11 members pressed for a separate inquiry.

It's reliably learnt that, an amount of around Rs 5 crores is involved in whole scam. Although funds collected through Dallas event (MAA Silver Jubilee Celebrations) weren’t misused, Shivaji Raja along with Srikanth and Vijay (Chitti) allegedly conducted few more events in the USA after Silver Jubilee Celebrations.

Naresh wants this money to be deposited in MAA account, wherein Shivaji Raja and team argued that it’s their personal money.

Naresh hasn’t revealed this to media yet. Apparently, someone in the industry seems to be stopping him from doing so.
