Aamir Khan, no more a boozer.

Well, it is a common practice among the film stars that they occasionally smoke and drink…while there are some who live for drink and smoke. Hero Aamir Khan falls under the first case and although drinks regularly but is only an occasional smoker.

During the celebration of ‘3 Idiots’ success in Mumbai, Aamir Khan was known to be reluctant to have even a single glass of beer. Even during the next day at his nephew Imran Khan’s engagement party, Aamir Khan refrained from sipping even a single drop of champagne.

Final finding is that Aamir Khan had given up alcohol and cigarettes from first of this January 2010. Speaking about his New Year resolution Aamir Khan says, “I just felt like doing it. There is no specific reason. I’ve put on 10 kilos in recent months. Sometimes, I tend to overdo the drinking bit. And, I hate it when I feel unhealthy. So, I just decided that I wanted to quit alcohol for life. As for cigarettes, I was never a regular smoker. But now, I’ve decided to give it up completely.”

That is Aamir Khan for you guys, a perfect and healthy man.
