Trisha In Nayanathara Foot Steps

When a heroine enters into certain stage of career wherein glamour becomes secondary and age becomes primary, there will be change in mindset of audience on how to receive them and at the same time even these once-so-popular glam dolls tend to drift towards experimentation in safe genres. Currently, Trisha and Nayanathara are in this stage with both trying on different things in horror genre.

Few days ago Nayan was seen in ‘Maya/Mayuri,’ a horror-thriller received to critical and commercial applause. Now, Trisha is also doing two horror movies ‘Nayaki’ and ‘Aranmanai 2.’ When Trisha is asked regarding this, ‘in fact horror genre is revived at Box Office in last couple of years and very interesting films were being made in Tamil and Telugu. 

I wished to become a part of scary and at the same time funny films. Soon, ‘Nayaki’ happened and ‘Aranmanai 2’ offered me a new role. Both being bi-lingual movies, I took the tad exhausting challenge,’ Trisha admitted on how hard she is working for the horror films. Like Nayan, hope Trisha also achieves a great success.
