Chiranjeevi Depends on Remake

Chiranjeevi’s 150th is perfectly confirmed as ‘Kaththi’ remake to be helmed by VV Vinayak. After too many consultations with many writers and directors, finally Mega camp was never satisfied with any of them and finally decided to go for remake of a super hit Tamil film which had Vijay as hero, directed by AR Murugadoss. However, Chiranjeevi picking a remake subject even for milestone 150th without encouraging the native writers is criticized by a few.

Little into the past, Mega Star has shown lot of interest in remaking the hit films from other languages including his last film ‘Shankardada Zindabad’ in 2007 was also remade from ‘Lage Raho Munna Bhai’ and now he is continuing to 150th with ‘Kaththi’ remake.

Well, picking a safe script and powerful story with commercial formula and parallel message is the right strategy for Chiru. So, he waited for long time to find one such. Apparently, he needs to fulfill the long wait of Mega Fans too. Resultantly, Chiranjeevi is soon to announce the decision. Time will say whether Chiru has done the right choice or not?

Meanwhile, Ramcharan is also highly dependent on Kollywood because his next assignment is also Tamil movie ‘Thani Oruvan’ remake.
