Wow, Varun Tej Can Act!

Varun Tej flop show in debut flick ‘Mukunda’ invited huge criticism not only about his selection of script but also about his rigidity to express the emotions. Director Srikant Addala underplayed the hero characterization without providing enough scope for Varun Tej to excel. Whatsoever, people are clearly distinguishing a drastic change in Varun’s acting abilities from ‘Mukunda’ to yesterday released ‘Kanche’ teaser.

Despite Puri Jagannath and other directors stood in queue for Varun Tej, it was a wise selection from Naga Babu to hand over his son’s second film to intellectually high quotient director Krissh. Watching the ‘Kanche’ teaser, many audience have put it straight on Varun Tej took a brave decision to act in this kind of a soldier character very early in career and that too exactly at a time when Mega Fans are waiting for a commercial hit not critical applause.    

For all those who thought Varun as a forcible rubbing on Mega Fans and Telugu audience, there is an answer in ‘Kanche.’ Yes, Varun can act. Being an inexperienced actor, it forms the duty of director to explore the best in his hero. If Srikant Addala has gone downhill in ‘Mukunda,’ director Krissh seems to have accomplished the task of establishing Varun Tej as an actor in ‘Kanche.’
