When young heroes are filling the hereditary thrust in Tollywood by following the footsteps of their dads and uncles, why not the same would be applied for directors? Off late, we are seeing bundles of new talents hitting Film Nagar and Krishna Nagar streets with a passion to become directors. Only very few percentile among them are winning the game to find a comfortable livelihood.

Reason behind such failures would be lack of support from industry and closed doors for alien talents with no god father backing. But when you father is a big legend with impeccable charisma which inspired and groomed many of the present day top directors, a responsibility lies on director Prakash Rao Kovelamudi to fill the position of his dad Raghavendra Rao and grandfather Surya Prakash Rao.

Currently, Prakash Rao Kovelamudi is directing Anushka, Arya starring ‘Size Zero’ both in Telugu and Tamil. He earlier debuted into direction department with ‘Anaganaga O Dheerudu,’ a rare visual feast which hasn’t enjoyed commercial support from audience. Before that, he tried a hand even as hero. ‘Size Zero’ had the script supported by his wife Kanika Dhillon. Promisingly, Prakash should utilize this opportunity provided by PVP Cinema.
