Mahesh Babu Diverts TANA Fund

There was a slight dose of criticism thrown at Mahesh Babu for attending this year’s TANA event taking a whopping salary of 1.5 Crores for spending few hours as a chief guest. There was more of focus on this gesture because Mahesh holds strong fort in overseas market and TANA has done a right thing by roping him as celebrity guest. Anyways, this criticism might wane off soon because Mahesh has donated the same amount as charity to Heal-a-Child foundation.

At a time when stars pose before cameras as a part of show off in their charity side, Mahesh has diverted the TANA remuneration to charity foundation without making any announcement or unnecessary buzz. This is not first time, Mahesh has done such silent and secret charity works. It is heard before that a share of all his earnings is offered to various charity organizations without media focus.
