The Return of 'Border 2'

The film of ‘Border’ based on real occurrences of 1971 war between India and Pakistan was a huge hit. Film maker JP Dutta’s excellence of portraying the National patriotism was at peaks. Now, after a gap of 16 years he decided to plan a sequel titled as ‘Border 2’ with hero as Sunny Deol. This is again a story based on real life events of soldiers fighting at border with enemy countries. 

‘We are happy to announce Sunny Deol as part of star cast. Other names are in discussion stages. Sunny has been roped for a pivotal role since he was an integral part of ‘Border.’ He will be seen as a commanding officer,’ a statement from the film unit said. Once the cast and crew are finalized, probably movie is to go on sets by October of this year.
