Baahubali in the lines of Vishwaroopam?

'Vishwaroopam' passed through a series of hurdles from different religious organizations and political parties due to the controversial Muslim element and Global Terrorism attached to it. But, this could not stop SS Rajamouli in touching one more religion of Jainism for his next mega project of 'Baahubali' starring Prabhas, Anushka and Rana in leads to be made with a budget of almost Rs.80 Crores. Ever since 'Baahubali' is announced as the working title, there is lot of excitement in Karnataka because of Jain Arihant Gomateshwara Bahubali statue situated in Sravanabelagola.

'Only coincidence of 'Baahubali' with Karnataka is the title. My story is completely fictious and no way linked with Baahubali of Gomateshwara. My hero's name is Baahubali and there is no connection to Gomateshwara statue. Three lead actors (Prabhas, Rana and Anushka) have been completely my original choice,' Rajamouli said.
