Movies Weak - Characters Strong

Bommarillu Bhaskar and Maniratnam are two Tamilians who are approved as able directors even by Telugu audience. They have a peculiar hit record in past but now they are struggling to win the trust of public. At such crucial juncture, Mani came up with 'Kadali' and Bhaskar with contrariety of 'Ongole Gitta.' Both the films were released yesterday to very weak verdicts from critics. If Mani has struck to his forte of using technical departments to offer a maximum feel to an infirm storyline, Bhaskar took a complete make-over of his image from family oriented director to a mass specialist.

Irrespective of the reviews, critics are happy to see the way characters of Prakashraj & Ram are weaved in 'Ongole Gitta' and the same applies for Arjun and Arvind Swamy's healthy performances in 'Kadali.' Apparently, commercial output of either movies may be not be so bright but these directors have shown their class apart in designing the key characters very strongly.
