King Nagarjuna's socio fantasy entertainer 'Damarukam' was censored on 12th October and received U/A certificate from the board. Having seen the movie, the censor board members were delighted with the VFX work of the movie and showered their praises on the makers of  the film.As per the reports, the movie has come out extremely well and it appears like a Chandamama story. 

As per the story, a demon, Andhakasurudu gets rebirth after one thousand years and gets super natural powers. Using those powers, he gets a control over all the earthly elements such as, earth, sky, air, fire and water. However, Nagarjuna is a human being who gets the support of lord Shiva in confronting the demon. Anuskha will be seen as a devakanya in the movie and she plays the romantic interest of Nag in the movie. Prakash Raj is seen as lord Shiva. The music of this film was scored by Devi Sri Prasad and it was directed by Srinivasa Reddy. The movie has been produced by Venkat under RR Movie Makers. The movie is all set to release on 20th October.
