Nagarjuna is more illustrated for his ‘Handsome Looks’ all over the country. He has equally good following in North like what he enjoys in South as ‘Andhra Manmadhudu.’ May be this could be the first time Nag is blessed with a unique opportunity of ‘Shirdi Sai.’ Much before the release, this film is getting unbelievable response even outside our state of Andhra Pradesh. Of course, Nagarjuna might have done ‘Annamayya’ and ‘Sri Ramadasu’ characters earlier. But, these films have more of a regional flavor because they two are devotees of Lord Venkateshwara and Sri Rama respectively who are constrained just for South or in particular, with in the Telugu boundary.

On the other side, Shirdi Sai Baba is worshipped and believed by entire India equally and more importantly Nag’s film of ‘Shirdi Sai’ is about a GOD and not an admirer. In fact, posters of ‘Shirdi Sai’ have already made in-routes into Maharashtra and especially in Shirdi, people are decorating the movie posters with garlands (Danda) and offering pooja (Dandam). Wish that producers will also plan the release of ‘Shirdi Sai’ in Hindi and other North Indian regional languages.
