>The staunch Hindu Organization wing Bajaranag Dal and its activists of Hyderabad has demanded apologies from Krishna Vamshi. The reason is picturisation of some scenes which are indirectly insulting the Dal and its ideologies in “Mahatma” by Krishna Vamshi.

There is a scene in the “Mahatma” where rowdy hero Srikanth and advocate heroine Bhavana are stopped by few activists who are dressed in same outfit as that of Bajrang Dal’s, as they were protesting against Valentine’s Day. Srikanth slaps them black and blue and teaches them a lesson.

These scenes are known to have hurt the sentiments of Bajrang Dal activists who work as real soldiers in saving our culture and heritage. The Bajrang Dal activists have visited the “Mahatma” Office in Film Nagar today and demanded apologies along with removal of these derogatory scenes from the movie.

The leader of Bajrang Dal, Hyderabad wing said that, there was no communication with Krishna Vamshi but Srikanth spoke to them and hopefully they will sit together and discuss the issue tomorrow.
