Veena Malik’s nude poses on FHM Magazine has raked fires in her home land of Pakistan. She received death threats despite her claims of magazine has air brushed the thong which she was wearing during the shoot. Unluckily Veena is accused of betrayal in Pakistan while Veena’s father disowned her as his daughter.

‘Her acts are a height of humiliation for Pakistan, done by a Pakistani on Indian soil,’ a SMS from Pakistan reads. Upset by this kinds of reactions, Veena has hit out at Stone Age attitudes of people in her country who are unwilling to hear the exact version from her side. ‘If some mullah on TV says to shoot the girl, they will shoot me. But the guy who removed my clothes using some technology, at least say something against him. This attitude, I am sorry, is in the society. When they say they have become modern, grown up, that is wrong. They still live in the Stone Age. My choice was to do a bikini shoot. They removed my bikini later on. It was not a topless and not a nude shoot. It was a completely covered shoot. When upper portion of model is completely covered by the hands, you can’t call it topless,’ Veena Malik said.
