No More Youth Movies?

When it comes to the sure shot way of scoring success at the box office and making the most of it, the movie makers believe that youth entertainers are the most sought after ventures. However, the recent spate of movies that have been coming in the form of youth entertainers have been bombing miserably at the box office. Some of the best examples for that are ‘Josh’, ‘Lifestyle’, ‘Snehituda’ and the most latest in the list happens to be the much talked about movie ‘Ninnu Kalisaaka’. It seems that this has triggered a new thought amongst the film folks that may be the youth entertainers must be given a break and they should look at coming up with something on the lines of hard core action, horror, thriller, mythology etc.

 Some of the seniors say that it has become more of a routine to see youngsters and college oriented movies coming in with the same love story, group fights etc. On the other hand, the parents of teenagers are said to be relieved that such movies will not come since they feel that the cinema has got a lot of impact on today’s youngsters and most of the time, it is a negative one. However, there are those who say that it works out to come up with youth entertainers since the budgets are less and also it will give chance to aspiring and talented youngsters who want to become actors.
