The true satisfaction for a director will be at that moment, when people remember his work years together. Same such great moments are enjoyed by director B. Gopal for the film ‘Indra.’ Apparently this mass masala director delivered stupendous hits becoming a trendsetter yet ‘Indra’ holds a special place in his career for brining Chiranjeevi back into hit stream after a big slump. Especially the comedy track of Brahmanandam, MS Narayana, Dharmavarapu and AVS picturized (Meedi Tenale Maadi Tenale) in Varanasi was a big hit.

Now, B. Gopal’s follower VV Vinayak using the same track but in a modified version in ‘Badrinath’ is generating good laughs in second half of the film. Sincerely speaking, these five comedy scenes are serving as a respite from ruthless massacre of ‘Badrinath.’ What more can B. Gopal ask, when audience recognized the relevance of his work after so many years of ‘Indra’?
