The first half starts with Vijay trying to raise his daughter without any fear and then the narration shifts to the introduction of the antagonist. The entire antagonist episode and there after looks silly and ridiculous to the core.The substandard and poor graphics turned the scenes into a tedious watch. the first half turns out to be stale with no real high elements. The second half continues in the similar manner and the core soul and emotion of Bhagawanth Kesari's Beti Ko Sher Banao goes for a toss. The pre climax and climax turns out to be childish with video game like elements. One gets a feeling that even video games or TV serials have better graphics.Anirudh Ravichander is known for his impactful works and he tuned the music and composed BGM for the film. However it turned out to be extremely disappointing as the songs failed to entertain and also not shot in an appealing manner. His background music failed to make any impact. He couldn't be blamed as the narration did not give him chance to do so. The editing of Pradeep Raghav turned out to be miserable. There are many scenes that tested the patience of the viewers. Had he used the editing scissors there wouldn't have been any film at all. The cinematography of Satyan Sooran became a disappointing affair. The dialogues failed to connect chords and most of them are politically motivated. This resulted in the film turning out into a half baked one. Even the elevation scenes failed to make an impact and Vinoth shockingly killed the soul of the original. He failed completely with his story, screenplay and direction. The so called changes he made to the original instead of adding value, diluted the essence of the film and the message it intended to give to the society. Jana Nayakudu is touted to be the farewell film for Vijay but it turned out to be a failed farewell. He deserved better rather than this crap. However later the introduction of characters slowed the pace of the narration. But the twists and turns involving the lead character and others and the negative shades increases the curiosity levels. The police investigation and others in the first half brings and end setting the tone for the exciting second half.However, the second half goes for a toss with the hero kidnap scene and various sub plots. While the first half is natural, the second half had shades of artificiality and illogical scenes. If mythological and elements on God in a story comes naturally then it will connect chords with the people. However, all the so called Sanatana elements are forced and this ends up testing the patience of the viewers.Nagabandham also fell in the second category unfortunately. There is no clarity how the hero became the protector of the all powerful Brahma Kamalam right from the first half. The film lacked the drive and direction and it drifted in various directions and the screenplay turned out to be topsy turvy. Emotions play a key role in the films and the film lacked them completely. Only when emotions are strong and realistic, natural, it will help in taking forward the drama or action sequences.With emotions missing , the scenes come and go one after another and viewers are left wondering what was happening. The extreme violence in the marriage looked totally unnecessary and unwanted except for the gory scenes which the director felt would have made an impact on the viewers emotionally.Though the first half had no story, visuals are extravagant and the interval bang covered all the loopholes setting the stage for the second half. However the second half turned out to be extremely slow and all the characters turned unnecessarily loud shouting at the top of their voices. Director included family scenes revolving around children but none of them created an impact. The flashback episode lacked clarity and it is also filled with mindless violence.The climax action episode itself came to more than 30 minutes and the story revolved around it but none of them connected chords with the viewers. Everything goes with loud shouts and intense and senseless action. On top of it, they gave immense torture with irrelevant dialogues on Sanatana Dharma.The background score tuned by Junaid Kumar elevated the scenes to the next level creating the maximum impact. However, at times it turned loud and routine. The cinematography of Soundar Rajan S is top class. The VFX and CGI are of top class most of the time, except in few scenes where they looked pale and substandard.Junaid Kumar - Abhe's songs acted as speed breaks to the narration. Except for the Namo song, others failed to impress and some songs came with in 2-3 minutes gap. Editing left a lot to be desired, especially in the second half. The narration despite all this is made interesting with few twists and turns unraveling them at the right time in all the episodes.Though it raises curiosity among viewers, the missing emotional connectivity disappoints all.The music of Praveen Lakkaraju is in sync with the story and Narration. As the story itself offers nothing new, it seems he didn't try hard to create something out of the box.Vamsi Patchipulusu with his &nbsp;cinematography added value to the narration. He showed the transformation of the cop from a rookie to an efficient one in an able way. However the director failed with his lazy manner of story telling. There are many scenes that looked artificial and staged and looked awkward on the screen.He spent most of the time, showing the admiration of the subordinates to the protagonist and all these looked unnecessary and irrelevant. At times, the scenes and the screenplay looked clumsy and convenient insulting the intelligence of the viewers. There are also many illogical scenes and this impacted the final output. The director failed to execute the decent story with the screenplay and direction.The behavior of the protagonist in various scenes looked silly and this impacted the basic investigation and the whole idea. No one can guess the interval twist and the director should be complimented for it.While the first half had predictable scenes of hero and his gang and also his romantic track and the fights with the rival gang, the second half scenes are full of family emotions and sentiment. The pre climax and climax elevates the film to new heights. overall Sreekanth Sangisetty managed to engage gen z viewers with couple of twists.The dialogues are good and the Telangana accent appeal to youth. The scenes featuring friends, father-mother sentiment etc are somewhat dragged. Sreekanth Sangisetty's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be decent.Vamsi Patchipulusu's cinematography added value to the narration and the storyline. Eswar chand's couple of songs are youthful and are shot well and background score is good. However he used Sita Ramam background score for the interval bang and it worked out well. Distributors show strong faith ahead of trailer launch.The deal is among Suriya’s biggest in TN. Trade analysts link the surge to Karuppu, which grossed over ₹300 crore worldwide and became Suriya’s highest earner. Similar to Peddi’s ₹40-42 crore overseas sale, South films are seeing aggressive bidding even before promotions begin.Non-theatrical deals are strong. Netflix reportedly paid ₹85 crore for OTT rights, music fetched ₹12+ crore, and overseas rights crossed ₹15 crore. Total pre-release business is estimated at ₹157 crore.
