This resulted in the film turning out into a half baked one. Even the elevation scenes failed to make an impact and Vinoth shockingly killed the soul of the original. He failed completely with his story, screenplay and direction. The so called changes he made to the original instead of adding value, diluted the essence of the film and the message it intended to give to the society. Jana Nayakudu is touted to be the farewell film for Vijay but it turned out to be a failed farewell. He deserved better rather than this crap. However later the introduction of characters slowed the pace of the narration. But the twists and turns involving the lead character and others and the negative shades increases the curiosity levels. The police investigation and others in the first half brings and end setting the tone for the exciting second half.However, the second half goes for a toss with the hero kidnap scene and various sub plots. While the first half is natural, the second half had shades of artificiality and illogical scenes. The story offered nothing new as many films came in the recent past highlighting the power of God and how ultimately he eliminates the evil forces who try to wreak havoc to posses the supreme powers.Films like Mirai and Hanuman turned out to be hits and of late many filmmakers are trying to milk people's interest in Sanatana Dharma and the secrets with dialogues pertaining to them but most of them are failing in their mission. If mythological and elements on God in a story comes naturally then it will connect chords with the people. However, all the so called Sanatana elements are forced and this ends up testing the patience of the viewers.Nagabandham also fell in the second category unfortunately. There is no clarity how the hero became the protector of the all powerful Brahma Kamalam right from the first half. The film lacked the drive and direction and it drifted in various directions and the screenplay turned out to be topsy turvy. Emotions play a key role in the films and the film lacked them completely. Only when emotions are strong and realistic, natural, it will help in taking forward the drama or action sequences.With emotions missing , the scenes come and go one after another and viewers are left wondering what was happening. The narration despite all this is made interesting with few twists and turns unraveling them at the right time in all the episodes.Though it raises curiosity among viewers, the missing emotional connectivity disappoints all.The music of Praveen Lakkaraju is in sync with the story and Narration. As the story itself offers nothing new, it seems he didn't try hard to create something out of the box.Vamsi Patchipulusu with his &nbsp;cinematography added value to the narration. He tried to thrill viewers movie lovers with invetigative drama and it seems he drew inspiration from the films like Drishyam etc. He started the narration in an interesting manner and didnot devaite from the main plot and manages to surprise all with a climax twist.However, as he drew inspiration from Jeethu Joseph's films, much to the shock of all, he included the same flaws and this impacted the film. He showed the transformation of the cop from a rookie to an efficient one in an able way. However the director failed with his lazy manner of story telling. There are many scenes that looked artificial and staged and looked awkward on the screen.He spent most of the time, showing the admiration of the subordinates to the protagonist and all these looked unnecessary and irrelevant. At times, the scenes and the screenplay looked clumsy and convenient insulting the intelligence of the viewers. There are also many illogical scenes and this impacted the final output. The director failed to execute the decent story with the screenplay and direction.The behavior of the protagonist in various scenes looked silly and this impacted the basic investigation and the whole idea. No one can guess the interval twist and the director should be complimented for it.While the first half had predictable scenes of hero and his gang and also his romantic track and the fights with the rival gang, the second half scenes are full of family emotions and sentiment. The pre climax and climax elevates the film to new heights. overall Sreekanth Sangisetty managed to engage gen z viewers with couple of twists.The dialogues are good and the Telangana accent appeal to youth. The scenes featuring friends, father-mother sentiment etc are somewhat dragged. Sreekanth Sangisetty's story, screenplay and direction turned out to be decent.Vamsi Patchipulusu's cinematography added value to the narration and the storyline. Eswar chand's couple of songs are youthful and are shot well and background score is good. However he used Sita Ramam background score for the interval bang and it worked out well. Oscar-winning director Christopher Nolan visited the Criterion Closet in New York and praised Satyajit Ray. He called Ray one of the greatest Indian filmmakers and highlighted The Apu Trilogy. Nolan said Pather Panchali “blew my mind” and called it an absolutely incredible cinematic achievement.Nolan admitted he hasn’t yet watched Aparajito and Apur Sansar. He picked up the Criterion box set to complete the trilogy. The 1955-1959 Bengali classics follow Apu’s life and are known for realism, music by Ravi Shankar, and global influence on world cinema.Along with Ray, Nolan selected Scorsese’s shorts, Fritz Lang’s The Testament of Dr Mabuse, Spike Lee’s Malcolm X, Lynch’s Lost Highway and the Qatsi Trilogy. He said Lang’s film influenced The Dark Knight, especially the Joker’s chaos and anarchic themes.Nolan has visited India three times.
