Salman Khan’s next big film with Nayanthara finally has some movement. The project is still called SVC63 for now, since it’s Sri Venkateswara Creations’ 63rd film. It’s an action drama set for an Eid 2027 release, and fans are already hyped. According to Mid-Day, the makers aren’t going with a simple poster drop. They’re planning a special promo video just to reveal the title. That’s how big South films usually do it, a stylish, high-impact first look that sets the tone.
As is the case with many South films, titles of big releases are launched in style with visual assets. The shoot has already started, but the team will film a separate video with Salman only for the title reveal. Another insider said, Salman is one of the biggest action stars in the country. The team wants the video to do justice to his stardom and screen presence. It will also showcase his look in the film.” The promo could drop around Diwali 2026 to build early momentum for Eid 2027.
SVC63 is special for a few reasons. It’s Salman’s first film with Lady Superstar Nayanthara and also his first with National Award-winning director Vamshi Paidipally. Vamshi is known for emotional, large-scale films like Maharshi and Varisu, so this combo has people curious. The film is said to be a pan-India action drama with a patriotic touch. Meanwhile, Salman also has Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace coming up. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia and earlier called Battle of Galwan, it also stars Chitrangda Singh and Ankur Bhatia.
