As Michael, a biopic on King of Pop Michael Jackson is playing in the theatres, people are remembering how Tollywood stars recreated Michael Jackson moves in their movies.
Chiranjeevi did Golimaar in Donga, a tribute to Michael Jackson's Thriller. MS.Raju, the producer says “It was a massive hit, and Chiranjeevi’s moves instantly connected with fans since he is one of the finest dancers.”
MS.Raju recalled "I collaborated with dance icon Prabhu Deva—a known admirer of Michael Jackson—to direct his films like Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana and Pournami, though they didn’t fully explore MJ-inspired choreography in those projects. 'Prabhu Deva is staunch admirer of MJ but we didn't have opportunity to use them in our movies,"
Prabhas' Nartana Tara from Ek Niranjan, Venkatesh's Paataku Pranam from Vasu, are inspired by Michael Jackson's songs. Even Chiranjeevi's songs in the films Gharana Mogudu, Muthamestri, Nagarjuna's Varasudu are inspired by Michael Jackson's songs.
