Sandeep Reddy Vanga Backs 3 New Films While Busy With Prabhas Spirit

Sandeep Reddy Vanga is not slowing down. Even with his big film Spirit keeping him busy, the Animal and Arjun Reddy director is planning multiple projects at once. Spirit, starring Prabhas and Tripti Dimri, has already wrapped three schedules in Hyderabad. But as per a Variety India report, Vanga has now greenlit three low-budget films under his banner Bhadrakali Pictures. He’s clearly juggling both mass-scale cinema and fresh, experimental stories.
Two of these films will introduce new faces in lead roles. Both are said to be intense, content-driven crime dramas. The third one is a village-based romantic drama with young Telugu actor Sumanth Prabhas leading it. This film is titled Romanchikam and is being directed by Vanga’s assistant Venu. The shoot has already started in a small village in Telangana, and it’s eyeing a 2027 release.
The main idea behind these three projects is to give a platform to new actors, filmmakers, and technicians who haven’t got a break in mainstream cinema. A source close to the team said, “These concepts come from new-age makers who have crazy stories to narrate. That is the main reason Sandeep is going all out to make these films.” Many young technicians and short filmmakers are also being considered for these projects.
While Vanga supports new talent with these small-budget films, his big-ticket lineup is strong too. He has major projects lined up with Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu, plus Animal Park with Ranbir Kapoor is also in the works. He’s balancing experimental cinema and commercial biggies smartly.
