Dhanush shares exciting update on Vada Chennai 2. Dhanush is coming to entertain with his upcoming film Kara. The film is directed by Vignesh Raja. The film is racing for a grand release on 30 April 2026.
The film stars Mamitha Baiju as the female lead while K S Ravikumar, Jayaram, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Karunas and Prithvi Pandira are playing important roles. The film's trailer was released, and it got a good response among movie lovers.
Now, at the event, Dhanush gave an update on Vada Chennai 2. He said "Before you ask, Vada Chennai 2 will arrive soon. It will come with a bang. To win, first we have to fight. It is not as far as you think. Infact, it's closer than you think. Anbuvin Ezhuchi (the tagline of the sequel) will arrive in a big way."
Dhanush earlier shared at the Idli Kadai event that Vada Chennai 2 will start this year and will release in 2027. The sequel marks the re union of director Vetri Maaran, with Ishari K Ganesh of Vels Film International producing the project.
