Dacoit Three Days Box Office Collections

Adivi Sesh has scored another major success with Dacoit. The action thriller stormed the box office this weekend and achieved its break-even target in just three days. Recovering costs before release is a relief for producers, but pulling massive crowds to theatres is the real test. Dacoit managed both, surprising trade analysts with its fast theatrical recovery and strong audience turnout. The film’s solid content and positive word of mouth from the first show drove momentum across all centres.  

Dacoit was made on a Rs. 65 crore budget. The makers recovered nearly Rs. 48 crore early through digital, satellite, and audio rights, leaving only Rs. 17 crore to be earned from theatres for break-even. The action thriller opened to glowing reviews and collected nearly Rs. 40 crore gross worldwide in three days. It crossed the Rs. 17 crore theatrical share mark much faster than expected, confirming Adivi Sesh’s strong box office pull. While a few regions are still covering initial investments, the overall trend remains highly positive with no slowdown in collections.  

Adivi Sesh has built a strong reputation for picking solid scripts and delivering content-driven films. His commitment to engaging stories has expanded his market across regions. Dacoit, his latest bilingual release, proved this again with its powerful opening weekend at the global box office. Within three days, the film grossed over Rs. 40 crores worldwide, officially crossing the theatrical break-even target.  

The film is now in the profit zone for all parties involved, emerging as a commercial summer success. Producers Supriya Yarlagadda and Suniel Narang, along with distributors and exhibitors, are happy with the result. Mrunal Thakur and Anurag Kashyap play key roles alongside Adivi Sesh, adding to the film’s pan-India appeal.
