Bollywood star couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have completed their dream house in Mumbai. The luxurious residence in the Bandra Bandstand area was purchased for around Rs. 119 crores and is now one of the most talked-about celebrity homes in the country.
Built on the shores of the Arabian Sea, the mansion offers stunning sea views and stands out as a symbol of the couple’s status and taste. The location adds to its value, as the house is close to Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic residence ‘Mannat’. The Ranveer-Deepika home is a ‘quadruplex’ spread across the 16th to 19th floors of Sagar Reshm Apartments in Bandra.
It has a carpet area of about 11,266 sq ft along with an additional 1,300 sq ft terrace, making it ideal for private functions and special occasions. Despite Mumbai’s parking challenges, the property includes 19 dedicated parking slots, showing detailed planning. Reports say a stamp duty of around Rs. 7.13 crore was paid, and the transaction was handled through a company owned by Ranveer’s father, Jugjeet Sundar Singh Bhavnani.
The interior design of the Ranveer Singh Deepika Padukone house is being personally supervised by the couple. The home is being crafted to match a luxury lifestyle with modern amenities and premium finishes. Surrounded by the Arabian Sea and located in a celebrity neighborhood, the mansion is set to become an iconic Bollywood residence. Ranveer and Deepika are expected to move into their new Bandra home soon.
