Mohan Babu gets relief in kidnapping case. Senior actor Mohan Babu is not only known for his bold and frank talk but also for his aggressive behavior. This often lands him in trouble.

He landed in trouble when student union leaders Vinod and Akbar were taken forcibly during their protests in February against his university, MB University in Tirupati. Police registered a kidnapping case against Mohan Babu and others and following the hearing, AP High Court has given an interim relief to Mohan Babu.

The court directed police not to take any action against Mohan Babu till it passes its verdict and posted the hearing to 16th April when the court will hear his bail plea. Mohan Babu's legal counsel argued that he had no role in the kidnapping incident and he was not even present at the place when the incident happened. Now all eyes are on the final verdict of the AP High Court.
