Lenin is reshooting this sequence

Akkineni Prince Akhil is gearing up to flex his muscles as Lenin. Akhil who is still striving hard to score his first hit at the box office, is leaving no stone turned for his film Lenin.

The film is in full swing under the direction of Murali Krishna Abburu of Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha fame. The film stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead and the makers decided to postpone their film release from 1 May to later date as Peddi starring Ram Charan is releasing on 30 April 2026.

The film will now be releasing on 26 June 2026. In the meantime, reports are coming that the makers are going for a reshoot. They are reshooting scenes involving Akhil and Bhagyashri. Though they have already completed the shoot, they decided not to compromise on the quality.

The film will see Akhil in the role of a blind person and inside talk is it is based on real life incidents of honor killing in Chittoor. Sivaji is playing an important role in the film produced by Naga Vamsi’s Sithara Entertainments and Nagarjuna’s Annapurna Studios.
