Patriot trailer review

Two superstars of Malayalam are coming to thrill movie lovers with their upcoming film Patriot. The film directed by Mahesh Narayanan is releasing on 1 May 2026. 

The makers released the film's trailer and it generated immense interest among move lovers. Mammootty is seen as a  a retired JAG officer accused wrongfully and Mohanlal joins him in the mission to clear his name. The trailer is loaded with interesting action elements and it starred Grace Antony, Zarin Shihab, Sreeparvathy, Geethi Sangeetha, Jinu Joseph, Danish Husain, Shaheen Siddique, Sanal Aman, and Prakash Belawadi in key important roles.

Fans reacted in the following way. 

Reacting to the trailer, a fan commented, “This looks really promising. Expected a major hit from Patriot.” “Two legends Mohanlal and Mammootty, can't wait for the film,” wrote another. A comment read, “These two M's will set the box office on fire.” Mohanlal and Mammootty have appeared together in over 50 Malayalam films, primarily in the early stages of their careers.
