TFCC crucial decision ahead of Peddi release. It is known that for many months, exhibitors, distributors and producers were at loggerheads regarding rental and percentage system.

It resulted in a war of words and also fist fights before they decided to form committees to resolve the issue. Now, ahead of Ram Charan's Peddi release on 4 June 2026, TFCC held meeting today and came up with the following decisions.

Suresh Babu, head of The Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, released the following press note clearing decks for Peddi smooth release on Andhra and Telangana. According to the agreement, of the ticket Rates are hummed, theatres will receive 7.5% of the revenue.

For the premieres, a fixed amount has been fixed for the makers to pay to the theatres. They include Rs. 25,000 for A centres, Rs. 15,000 for B centres, and Rs. 10,000 for C centres. Distributors and exhibitors will together decide on the terms of there is no price hike. There will be preferential treatment to films that have completed 70% of the shoot.
