Tovino Thomas is set to star in the upcoming PAN-Indian period drama Pallichattambi, alongside Kayadu Lohar. Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the film explores the lives of migrant farming communities in Kerala's high ranges. The movie is slated for a theatrical release on April 10, and the team has begun Telugu promotions.

Tovino Thomas Clarifies Stance on Telugu Films

During a recent event, Tovino Thomas expressed his desire to work in Telugu cinema but highlighted the challenges. He mentioned that Malayalam films are typically completed in a single schedule, whereas Telugu films involve multiple schedules, making it difficult for him to allocate time. 

Tovino Thomas confirmed he's not part of NTR's Dragon, citing scheduling conflicts and a preference for focusing on Malayalam projects. Tovino Thomas explained that committing to a Telugu film could impact his Malayalam projects, as it would require dedicating a significant amount of time. He prioritizes completing one project at a time and values his commitments in Malayalam cinema. This approach has led him to decline big-budget Telugu projects, including Dragon.

The actor's stance has clarified speculation about his involvement in NTR's film, putting rumors to rest. Pallichattambi promises to showcase Tovino Thomas's talent in a unique narrative.
