Dhurandhar The Revenge Has Already Crossed 1 Million Advance Ticket Sales

Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar 2 has kicked off its advance booking on a strong note, with over 1.2 lakh tickets sold and a whopping Rs 15 crore earned from paid premieres. The film, directed by Aditya Dhar, is set to release on March 19, with special paid premieres on March 18. 

The response has been overwhelming, with BookMyShow reporting 87,810 tickets sold within the first 24 hours. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh highlighted the impressive pace of ticket sales, with around 7,500 tickets sold per hour soon after bookings opened. The film's strong start is expected to continue, with multiplexes introducing a premium ticket category, Super Blockbuster Plus, priced up to Rs 2,500.

Dhurandhar 2 is the sequel to the successful Dhurandhar, which earned Rs 838.5 crore in India and Rs 1,303.35 crore worldwide. The film brings back Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and Rakesh Bedi, and continues the story of an undercover Indian intelligence agent.

With paid premiere shows collecting Rs 15 crore, including block seats, Dhurandhar 2 is poised to break records. The film's success is expected to rival top-grossing films like Jawan and Pathaan.
