Naga Chaitanya Trying Mass with Harish Shankar

Naga Chaitanya's career got a much needed boost with the success of Thandel, and he's now being selective about his projects. Currently, he's working on the mythical/fantasy thriller Vrushakarma, directed by Karthik Dandu, which is expected to release in the second half of 2026 or late summer. The film features Meenakshi Chaudhary and Sparsh Shrivastava, and its first look poster has already generated buzz.

The latest update is that Naga Chaitanya has signed a film with Sithara Entertainments, and mass director Harish Shankar is likely to helm it. Harish Shankar is currently working on Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan, which is set to release by March end. Post that, he'll focus on Naga Chaitanya's project, which is expected to be a mass entertainer. 

Naga Chaitanya's collaboration with Harish Shankar has generated significant excitement among fans, given the director's track record with mass hits. Vrushakarma, on the other hand, showcases Chaitanya's versatility as an actor, with its unique blend of mythology and fantasy elements.
