Akira Nandan approaches Delhi High Court

AP Dy CM, Power Star Pawan Kalyan's son Akira Nandan approached Delhi High Court seeking protection over his personality rights.

Of late, many Bollywood and Tollywood celebrities approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection over their personality rights and got favourable judgement. The court has directed the social media accounts to remove demeaning content targeting the celebrities.

Now, with Akira Nandan approaching the Delhi High Court comes as a surprise. He in his plea, requested the Court to direct the immediate removal of AI-generated images, videos, and other digital material that falsely depict him.

He also said that the online content poses a serious threat to his name. The AI-generated and deepfake videos are defaming the celebrities and this is forcing the celebrities seeking protection over their personality rights.

Recently fans of Pawan Kalyan complained with Sarpavaram, Kakinda Rural Police Station seeking action against those who created a 56 second AI video featuring Akira Nandan.
