Maa Vande-biopic on PM Modi made with a staggering budget

Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan is starring in a film titled Maa Vande. The film is a biopic on PM Narendra Modi and it is directed by Kranthi Kumar CH . The film recently went to sets and inside talk is the film is made with a whopping budget of Rs 400crs.

The film wrapped the first schedule and the second schedule will be starting in the beautiful locations of Kashmir from 22 Jan 2026. Kranti Kumar is keen to highlight  a mother’s determination is greater than any struggle and will show the happenings in the real life of PM Modi and his struggle before he became the top post of the country.

The film stars Raveena Tandon, Jagapathi Babu, and Sarath Kumar  in important roles while Hollywood blockbuster Aquaman’s lead actor Jason Momoa  is touted to star in a crucial role. Ravi Basrur is the music director while Senthil Kumar and Sreekar Prasad are handling the cinematography and editing departments.

The film is made with international standards and is being shot using the ARRI Alexa 265 camera and Cooke lenses, a first-of-its-kind attempt globally.M. Veer Reddy is producing the film on Silver Cast Creations banner.
