AP Govt delights Anaganaga Oka Raju-Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapathi

In a surprise move Andhra Pradesh government headed by CM Chandra Babu Naidu, gave surprise delight to upcoming Sankranti releases Anaganaga Oka Raju & Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapathi.

Many expected that there willnot be any ticket hikes for these films after the exorbitant hikes to Prabhas' The Raja Saab and Chiranjeevi's Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, but AP government passed the GO permitting hike in ticket rates.

According to the GO, the revised rates for these two films will be Rs. 197.5/- in single screens and Rs. 252/- in multiplexes, meaning Rs50 hike in single screens and Rs75 hike in multiplexes.

While Anaganaga Ok Raju stars Naveen Polishetty, Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignyapthi stars Raviteja in the lead roles. It has to be seen whether AP government will also allow hike in ticket rates for Sharwanand's Nari Nari Naduma Murari.
