Kalki 2898AD sequel from next month. Prabhas' is currently gearing up to thrill all with his upcoming film The Raja Saab. The film which happens to be Prabhas' first horror thriller is releasing on 9 Jan 2026. The film stars Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar and Nidhhi Kumar as the female leads.

In the meantime, exciting reports are coming about his sci fi film Kalki 2898 AD sequel. It is coming out that the film's sequel will be going to sets from 2 February. The shoot will start with scenes on Universal Hero Kamal Haasan. Prabhas will however be joining the sets only from the second week of February.

Kalki 2898AD turned out to be the biggest hit grossing Rs 1000 crs at the box office. The film stars Deepika Padukone as the female lead while Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani played important roles. Sequel will not feature Deepika Padukone, who walked out due to work related issues. Nag Ashwin is the director for the film which is bankrolled on Vyjayanthi Films.
