Now, once again she hogged the media limelight and said media and some vested interests dragged her name into politics stirring various controversies. She said few coming from Kadapa pressurised her to hold a press conference against a top actor and threatened her to bribe with money and when she refuted, they offered her political posts.

She said when she was rejected both of them, they threatened to leak her nude videos and photos. She said she never approached police as it will result more trauma to her and her family. She said the Posani Krishna Murali's comments in the press conference destroyed completely her personal life. She said she was planning to get married at that time, but that broke due to his comments. She said due to this her mother suffered heart attack.

She complained that Trivikram Srinivas ruined her life and complained with MAA but her complaint was not accepted. She added that she was even linked to Rahul Gandhi just for walking with him spreading rumours about affair and marriage. She said had she been connected to any political backing, she would have reached the next level in her career. She said some rumours claimed that she had children and also abortions and rubbished and denied all of them.
