Chiranjeevi undergoes knee surgery, absent from Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu promotions. Mega Star Chiranjeevi's upcoming film, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu is increasing the curiosity levels among fans. The film is racing for a spectacular release on 12 January.

The makers are promoting the film increasing hype with each passing second. However what surprised all is Chiranjeevi is not seen in the promotions.

Inside talk is Chiranjeevi recently underwent a knee surgery and he is recovering. A source shared “He has undergone knee surgery. It was an injury that he had been setting aside for a while. Now with one project complete, he wanted the long-pending injury to be attended to before shooting his next,” Doctors advised Chiranjeevi rest for one month.

In the meantime, Chiranjeevi's Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu stars Nayanthara as a female lead and Venkatesh in a cameo. Bheems Ceciroleo is the music director.
