Maruthi shares The Raja Saab real twist. Prabhas' The Raja Saab directed by Maruthi is releasing on 9 Jan 2026. The film stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar as the female leads. Thaman is the music director for the film which stars  Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Zarina Wahab, Samuthirakani, and VTV Ganesh in important roles.

Maruthi revealed that Boman Irani's character comes with a twist. He said "that Boman Irani will be seen as a psychiatrist, with a completely different makeover. The character was designed to dramatically shift the film’s tone. According to the director, from the moment the psychiatrist enters the story, the narrative takes an unexpected and unimaginable turn, elevating the horror-comedy element."

He added that his character will be there for around 16 minutes and said “After the narration, he completely owned the character. He delivered dialogues in both Telugu and Hindi. He is the kind of actor who mesmerises the audience,”
