Anaconda To Release In 1000 Screens In India

Sony Pictures' Anaconda (2025) is gearing up for a massive release in India, securing over 1,000 screens despite the dominance of Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar. The meta reboot, directed by Tom Gormican, promises high concept humor and star power, making it a top priority for exhibitors as Indian audience were well aware about Anaconda and it's massive success back in 1997.

The film's lean runtime of 95-99 minutes allows for more daily showtimes, giving it a strategic advantage in the crowded theatrical window. Anaconda follows two friends, played by Jack Black and Paul Rudd, who embark on a wild adventure with a real-life Anaconda.
