Dhurandhar - A Record Breaking Run At The Boxoffice

Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, has entered the elite club of films that have crossed ₹500 crore nett at the domestic Indian box office. The film has become the 13th to achieve this feat, joining the ranks of Baahubali 2, KGF 2, RRR, Pathaan, Jawan, Gadar 2, Animal, Kalki 2898 AD, Stree 2, Pushpa 2, Chhaava, and Kantara Chapter 1.

The Bollywood trade is extremely delighted with Dhurandhar's success, which is dominating the Indian box office with three 500 Cr nett films, Chhaava, Saiyaara, and Dhurandhar. The film is set to emerge as the biggest grosser of the year and a 1000 Cr grosser. Dhurandhar has scored many records for weekdays and has been continuously scoring over ₹20 Cr Nett even in the third weekend.

As of 17 days, Dhurandhar has collected ₹540 crore nett in India, with a gross collection of ₹660 crore. Overseas, the film has earned ₹175 crore, taking its total worldwide gross to ₹835 crore. The film is expected to cross ₹1000 crore globally and is poised to become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025.

Dhurandhar's success can be attributed to its strong word of mouth, sustained collections, and widespread appeal. The film's ability to maintain strong collections beyond its opening weeks has been a key driver behind its impressive India gross. With its current pace, Dhurandhar is likely to surpass ₹1,000 crore globally, the only fourth Bollywood film in 1000 crore club after Dangal, Pathaan, and Jawan.
