Andhra King Taluka Set for Christmas OTT Release on Netflix

Energetic Star Ram Pothineni's latest film, Andhra King Taluka, is making its digital debut this Christmas, despite its moderate box office performance. The movie, directed by Mahesh Babu P, received positive reviews from critics and audiences for its engaging narrative and strong performances, but struggled to make a significant commercial impact since its theatrical release on November 27, 2025.

Netflix has acquired the digital rights to Andhra King Taluka, planning to premiere it on December 25, 2025, as a Christmas special. The film will be available in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, expanding its reach to a broader audience.

The story revolves around Sagar, an ardent fan of Telugu superstar Surya Kumar (played by Upendra), exploring themes of fan culture, power struggles, and emotional drama. Bhagyashree Borse stars opposite Ram Pothineni, and their chemistry has been well received. The supporting cast includes Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, and VTV Ganesh, with music composed by the Vivek–Mervin duo.
