Akhanda2 gets ticket hike nod from Telangana government

 Following the heels of AP government which passed a GO allowing ticket rates hike for Akhanda2 Thaandavam, Telangana government also couple of hours back permitted the makers to get ticket rates hike passing a GO to that effect.

As such in Telangana, the ticket rates will be hiked only for three days. The ticket rates for the premiers are placed at Rs 600. Ticket rates are increased by Rs. 50/- (including GST) in single screens and Rs. 100/- (including GST) in multiplexes. The new ticket rates in single screens are Rs 277-and multiplexes Rs 395.

The Telangana government also came up with the condition that the 20% of the hiked earnings should be given to the ‘Movie Artists’ Welfare Association.’

The film stars Samyukta as the female lead and Aadi Pinisetty as the antagonist. The music for the film is tuned by Thaman and the film id directed by Boyapati Srinu.
